Facebook Like, Share, and Subscribe Competition - Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The Like, Share, and Subscribe Competition ("Competition") is open to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have a valid Facebook account. Employees and immediate family members of InHome Gibraltar ("Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and anyone involved in the production, development, or handling of the Competition are not eligible to participate.

2. Competition Period: The Competition begins on 10/8/23 at 12PM and ends on 30/11/23 at 12AM. Entries received before or after the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: To enter the Competition, participants must: a) Like the official InHome Gibraltar Facebook page. b) Share the Competition post on their Facebook timeline. c) Subscribe to InHome Gibraltar's updates on Facebook.

4. Entry Limit: The Competition is limited to the first 1000 eligible entries received during the Competition Period. Once the entry limit is reached, no further entries will be considered.

5. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from the pool of eligible entries. The draw will take place within 14 days after the end of the Competition Period.

6. Prize: The winner will receive in store voucher. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.

7. Notification: The winner will be notified via a private message on Facebook within 14 days of the draw. The winner must respond to the notification within 14 days to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be randomly selected.

8. Publicity: By participating in the Competition, participants grant InHome Gibraltar the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation.

9. Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or shows signs of fraudulent or unfair participation.

10. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the Competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the Competition and awarding the prize. By entering the Competition, participants agree to the use of their personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By entering the Competition, participants release InHome Gibraltar from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Competition or the use of the prize.

12. Amendments: Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time without notice.

13. Governing Law: The Competition is governed by the laws of Gibraltar, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located therein.

By participating in the Competition, participants indicate their full acceptance and understanding of these Terms and Conditions.
